Colorado Housing Connects X Brothers Redevelopment

• In affiliation with the Colorado Department of Local Affairs Division of Housing, they provide a tremendous amount of support via rental assistance and tenant-landlord mediation.

City and County of Denver Rent and Utility Help

• Denver’s Temporary Rental and Utility Assistance Program will reopen for new applications on the 15th of each month from 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM. Reportedly, the general public has underutilized this program, so funds are generally available.

Colorado Emergency Rental Assistance

• The Division of Housing (DOH) has emergency rental assistance funding for Coloradans who have fallen behind on their rent, meet income limits and other qualifying factors, and are at risk of eviction or displacement.
